Who makes this
One person builds Helpfol. Everything in it - the record, the page, the generation, the back office - is written, tested and shipped by Meysam Naseri in Sydney, Australia.
I have been building software for over a decade. I started Helpfol because the businesses that need good software most are the ones nobody builds it for - and because the tools they do get treat them as small versions of big companies, which they are not.
Helpfol is a Nojiin product. Nojiin is an Australian software company with a simple rule: technology should earn trust.
Helpfol ships in English, Persian and Chinese. The Persian support is right-to-left and properly typeset, because the person who built it reads it.
The company that publishes Helpfol is Nojiin Pty Ltd, an Australian private company in Sydney, Australia. Its registration details are on the company page.
The reason
Why I built Helpfol
I watched one review on Google Maps put the owners of a small cafe in real distress. Then I read that some owners lose sleep over it.
Meysam Naseri
Micro businesses are not being addressed. Most tools are too complex, or do far more than is needed, or are simply not aligned with how a small business actually works.
And almost none of them consider the psychology of the person running the business - their mental health, whether the software is going to be one more thing that keeps them up at night.
The other half of it is AI fever - features bolted on because the word sells, not because they solve anything the owner actually has.
