1. The service

Helpfol gives your business a public page, a website when you are ready, and a workspace for the details behind it. Helpfol is in early access: the product is evolving, and features may change as it grows.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe, give us accurate information, and only create an account for a business you are authorised to represent.

3. Your content stays yours

Everything you put into Helpfol remains yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display it - solely to provide the service to you.

4. Acceptable use

Use Helpfol for lawful business purposes. Do not impersonate others, mislead customers, send spam, or attempt to harm the platform or its users.

5. Leaving

You can stop using Helpfol at any time. You can export your data, and you can delete your account and its data whenever you choose.

6. Liability

Helpfol is provided as-is and as-available while in early access. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
