Signing in & your account

If a sign-in is not working, check the email address for typos and look in your spam folder for the sign-in message, then try again. To change the email on your account, or to delete your account entirely, write to us and we will take care of it.

Your page & editing

Everything on your page is edited from your workspace - hours, services, photos, details. Saved changes can take a moment to show on the public page. Publishing and unpublishing your page is also done from the workspace.

Website & domains

Your website is built from the details you have entered - the more complete your workspace, the better the result. You can get a domain through Helpfol or connect one you already own with a few guided steps; a pending domain check can take a little while to clear, which is normal.

Your data

You can export everything, or delete everything, at any time. What we store and why is written plainly on the trust page and the cookies page.
