Do I need technical skills?

Very little. We build Helpfol to take the technical work off your plate; what cannot be removed gets simplified, and what cannot be simplified gets our support.

Why no ratings or reviews?

By design. Helpfol is built for businesses, so there are no public star ratings, no anonymous reviews, and no comparison boxes. Your page is yours.

Who owns my data?

You do. You can export your data or delete it entirely, at any time. It is never sold.

How do customers find me?

Your page is built to be found on Google, and people can also browse businesses directly on Helpfol.

Can my page be in other languages?

Yes. Your page can be published in more than one language, and the workspace itself is available in several languages.
