Your website shows one business: yours. Nothing on it scores you, no ads run on it, and nothing on it sends a customer to the shop next door. Once you publish, it also appears in Helpfol's lists by trade and area, next to other businesses, as a link to your site. Nothing there scores you, and no spot is for sale.
You send people to it yourself. Paste the link where "DM for prices" used to be. Send it in a text. Put it under your name in your emails. Hold up the QR code on your phone when someone asks for your number. When someone taps Add to contacts on your card, your number goes into their phone with the address of your card, and your card has a row to your site. Every one of those leads to the same site, and it shows what you last saved.
A small business's details end up in five places: a social page, a link tool, a profile on a search engine, a box of cards, a website someone built a while ago. None of them talk to each other, so a price goes up and four of them are still wrong.
Here your name, what you do, your services and prices, your hours and how to reach you are kept in one place. Your website, your card and your QR codes are drawn from it. Put its link in your social bio and on your search profile, and they point at the one place instead of keeping their own copy of your prices.
The questions you answer every week, answered once on your website. Nothing on it is about another business; Helpfol keeps to a slim bar across the top, with its mark.
The message form is off until you switch it on, and the open-now line on a phone needs your hours and your number on it. A person gets a Call button while you are open. Your street is on it only if you put it there, and nothing goes up until you publish.
Thursdays run late now. Open your hours, press Edit details, change Thursday, press Save changes. Your site has it within seconds, and so does your card. No second publish, no quote, no email to a designer.
Closed over the school holidays? Add each day as a special day marked closed. On a phone, the bar at the foot of your site says closed on those days when your number is on it, and so does your card. The weekly hours on your site keep showing your usual week.

Five example businesses, and what each one uses it for.
It is not built for big companies or franchises, even one outlet.

When you want a custom website: one designed for you from the same details, at your own domain name, with a business email at it. Set up for you. You would not type anything twice.
Not on sale yet, and not priced yet.
Later: quotes and invoices, and what is owed. Licences and certificates, checked where they can be checked. Business cards and a counter sign, printed and posted to you. None of that is here today.
Today, next, later. Only the first column is here today.
Your ready-made website, the card, the QR codes and the inbox are free. Nothing is for sale yet. Your custom website, with your own domain name and a business email, is coming, and not priced yet. No payment details are asked for to start.
No. Your website shows one business: yours. Nothing on it points to anyone else. Once you publish, your business also appears in Helpfol's lists by trade and area, next to other businesses, as a link to your site. Nothing on them scores you, and there is no higher spot to buy.
Bookings. Showing you who visited or what they tapped. Your custom website, your own domain name or a business email: those are coming. More than one login: only you sign in, and the card is yours. An export of your details: there is none yet, so keep your own copy of your price list too.
It asks for what you already know: your business name, what you do and where you work, then as much as you have of your services, prices and how to reach you. Your hours go in afterwards, in your workspace. Nothing goes public until you publish it. You can change every line afterwards, from your phone.
Free. No payment details, no trial.
